Fantastic experience buying a new car
Fantastic experience buying a new car, gave us an absolutely great deal on a trade in, have bought the plug in Prius, each and every one of the salesman, Jamie, Matt & Joe, were so helpful, their customer service is second to none, so much so, that our other car now goes to them for service, they quoted us HALF of another garage for work doing, which really was surprising, cannot recommend Toyota Vertu at Wickersley, Rotherham enough

I was greeted with a warm welcome and helpful staff.
The team were great in particular Raul .

Brilliant experience compared to other places
Daniel was really great in finding the perfect car for me, I knew what I was looking for but it was difficult to find. We did all the signing of agreements online via text which was very efficient and meant I didn’t have to organise a day off work to go to the dealership. Everything was explained clearly and costings were upfront. Kept in contact regularly and then on the day of handover it was made special with a ‘reveal’ of my car. The whole team are lovely and welcoming there and there’s no pushiness. It’s a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend Vertu Rotherham if you’re looking for a Toyota. "I recently purchased a Toyota Urban Cruiser from Vertu Toyota Dealership in Wickersley, Rotherham and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to Joe Cummins, the representative. From the start, he was transparent, friendly, and incredibly patient with us and answered all our questions.

Ella what a great person to deal with.
Ella the member of staff on the service team was very helpful was a great person and really easy to deal with she couldn’t do enough to help make the experience any better she went through everything with us and made sure we understood we had a number of concerns regarding the paint work, but when we picked up the vehicle it looked brand new rather than a used vehicle she had organised a full valet it was gleaming we both had big smiles on our faces

What can I say, I have never experienced anything like this before what a magical day, Vertu Toyota Bawtry Road Wickersley. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and myself when we went to pick our new car up, everyone in that company including the service guys are so warm, happy and very family orientated, they are the best. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else other than Vertu Toyota, top company would always recommend them.

What can we say other than brilliant Brian and marvellous Matt. Fantastic service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.
We have never had a Toyota before and as an older couple wanted something that is economical, reliable and will last. We were pointed in the direction of a Yaris Hybrid and were pleasantly surprised by this super mini. We are looking forward to many years of trouble free driving but feel confident that if there are any hiccups along the way this lovely team will be there to back us up.
In a nutshell we would highly recommend the Rotherham branch. The reception staff are fantastic and make a great coffee which is a nice touch

I bought a 17 month old car and used my previous car in part exchange. The salesman was Daniel Edwards - he was very good - and took the time to get to know me personally. Considering it was a month between sale and collection he had remembered lots of detail discussed at our first meeting

I recently purchased a new Aygo Hybrid - what a fantastic car - I love it. My experience was excellent. I couldn't have wished for more. Joe was outstanding helping me through buying my car.
