Great customer service!
Charmaine was absolutely brilliant when I came to pick up my new car. She made sure the process was very smooth and the car was ready as soon as I arrived. I had never driven an automatic before so she made sure I was comfortable driving around the local area before driving the car home. She also spent the time to go through all the car’s features with me and kindly waited while I set everything up (connecting my phone etc) to ensure there were no problems. I would highly recommend and thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

Shocking service. They are clearly not interested in selling a car. Wanted to test drive one next Saturday but told the service manager has that model and he doesn’t work saturdays !!!

Everything was fine except the Skoda Finance inability to process on-line finance documentation. Not everyone has "smart 'phone" with which to read Q Codes in order to access the finance documentation.
