Very unhappy with after sales service
Very unhappy with after sales service, I bought a used car from VERTU Renault Exeter, upon driving the car home I quickly realised that the car appears to have been in an accident/damaged before I purchased it, the front panel has very clearly come away from the car and the plastic underneath the engine is hanging off. I have called the dealership and was informed by the salesman who sold me the car that he would contact me last Monday and arrange to collect my car and sort out all the issues, it has now been a week and no further contact has been made. I am extremely disappointed that I have been sold a car, and that I was not made aware of the damage before purchasing.

Hi Nathan was great as the person who guided us through the purchase of the Renault 5 but the after care was a bit of a challenge as we rang on a number of occasions to chat with someone about payment and insurance but no one seemed to know the process and we were told Nathan was with customers but it was actually his day off
I think you need to look at direct customer care and follow ups

I picked up my new Renault 5 on 14th March 2026. Karen and the team were very good to me and helpful. I was not too sure on going full EV but I was helped and guided by Karen. I really like the look of the Renault 5 and it is only going to be electric. I had a follow up call Monday 16th March from Karen to check if everything was OK.
