Very helpful staff
Initially spoke to James the business manager who was very helpful.
When I arrived to view the vehicle I was met by Bilal.
He was very helpful and polite from the start. He took time to answer all our questions in detail and was patient throughout.
He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand.
He also included my wife and son in all discussions as he knew it was a car for the family.

Van purchase through a difficult time
I stumbled across Vertu by accident after months of trying to find a van that actually ticked all my boxes. Having been messed around by several other nationwide dealers (in particular one with 5 sides) with vans that were advertised but not even available for months I was beginning to give up. Have to say from the very first contact to the delivery of the van Vertu Nissan Sheffield have been a breath of fresh air. Can't put into words how nice it has been dealing with Peter there after all my other experiences, totally professional and 100% open and honest which makes a nice change. Everything he said he would do he did, he explained from my 1st enquiry the van wasn't in for a few days and had to go through various procedures, at every point I was kept updated, videos sent of before and after of various bits. Travelled up there to test drive and buy the van there and then, fair price offered for mine in Part Ex, at this point we encountered a bit of a hiccup in proceedings, one we had both missed, well I had originally spotted it but forgot to highlight. Again Peter went above and beyond to sort the situation offering several solutions as the van needed a recall to be carried out. As promised he got the work sorted quickly and then had the van delivered to me. Can't recommend Vertu enough I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, open, honest and really helpful. Most of all it's a lovely van :) Excellent customer service which is getting harder to find these days.

We ordered our car on the motability scheme. We come to start the process and Peter was the most helpful person I encountered. I was very anxious but it was very simple. The car came within a week, and Peter went through all the bits and pieces in the car like settings before we drove off. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!!! We will always use Vertu motors Sheffield as we always get the best customer service and feel valued whether it’s a service, mot or swapping our motability vehicle. Whilst waiting for our new vehicle we were kept upto date Andrew kept intouch throughout the whole experience. Once we collected our new car everything was explained in detail by Andrew and he went through and set up everything before we left the showroom so we were all ready to.
The manager was also really nice and made sure we were happy with the service we had received and we know if we have any issues we can go back to them. The store and staff could not possibly do anything more to make the experience any better. We are a million percent lifelong customers now of the Sheffield branch and could not be any happier!

Heather Pearson at Vertu Nissan Sheffield was fantastic. She was very friendly and not pushy in the slightest. She got me the car I wanted and was happy to make any accommodations that were needed. On the day I collected my car she knew my daughter was coming too so got her a little gift, which was so thoughtful. She kept me up to date throughout the whole buying process and was always on hand if I needed any help or had any questions.
When I purchased my previous Nissan from a different main dealer I didn’t have a great experience but Vertu has restored my faith in main dealers.
