Service plan not living up to expectations
This is the third time I have not had a clean done on my car as part of my service plan, the first time l over looked the second I expressed my disappointment and now it’s just a joke, they attempted it by cleaning just the inside front of the car and power washing just the driver side of the car as driver side wheels only! Lazy and sloppy

Excellent service
On first visiting the site, we had a rough idea of which vehicles we were interested in. Daniel Pentelow approached us after a couple of minutes and he was most helpful in describing the features of the Ford Puma we wanted to look at. He was incredibly knowledgeable and put us under no pressure at all. He was informative and really sold us on the features of the car. We later took it for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. Afterwards, Dan went through the finance details with us and explained the added options we could purchase as part of the package. He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout. Collecting the vehicle on the 26th was an absolute pleasure. He took great pride in covering every detail and ensuring our full satisfaction before we drove off the forecourt. Amazing service!

The customer service was exceptional. Tony was very helpful and listened to all my questions and took the time to answer them all fully. Nothing was to much trouble, even when it came to a 2nd test drive!!
