Everything went very smoothly. All the staff I either met or spoke to on the phone were very helpful and responsive. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle, which I have felt when dealing with other companies. The salesperson I dealt with could not have been more helpful before before and after the sale.

I had an idea of what I was looking for in a used vehicle. The staff were so helpful, providing additional video footage and answering my many questions with honesty, without the usual sales patter.
On arriving at the Bristol Road showroom, I was greeted by Peter Gailitis, who was polite and very professional. He assisted with the test drive and was thoroughly helpful, nothing seemed like too much effort.
I am pleased to say that Peter’s colleagues were equally helpful, when I had to make some calls to clarify some choices I had made.
The car is great, better than I had hoped and in my opinion great value for my money.
Highly recommend Peter and his colleagues if you are interested in a new or used car. They have great product knowledge and treat you respectfully as a customer, rather than using hard sell tactics.

I bought a ford Kuga from virtu Birmingham Megan delt with it from start to finish any questions were answered by Megan she knows her job great service thumbs up to Megan and her team

I had a signed agreement to purchase a used Vehicle from Vertu Birmingham, but the order was cancelled when I queried why the vehicles had been MOT'd every 6 months instead of the usual 12.

Vertu cancelled order as turns out the vehicle had been used as a taxi, which invalidates warranty and Vertu were unable to complete the sale. Considering I had to point this out, it is seriously worrying about the quality of vehicle checks that Vertu actually undertake.

Vertu offered to look for similar alternative, mentioning one in stock and never called back! Shocking customer service, would not buy from Vertu.
