I had a full service carried out on my vehicle. As soon as I left the garage, the EPC warning light came on. I tried to contact the garage the same day, but they had already closed. I contacted customer services to let them know what had happened, and I was told that a note would be made and that someone would contact me on Monday. Monday came and I had not heard anything, so I called the garage myself. I was told to book the car back in so they could investigate the issue. I did this and left the vehicle with them for the day. However, when I collected the car and drove away, the EPC light came back on again.
I contacted the garage once more and was told that somebody would get back to me. Unfortunately, no one did. Over the following days, I repeatedly tried to contact the garage by phone but received no response. I then contacted the regional office, who also struggled to get hold of the Darlington branch. Messages were left on multiple occasions,
The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. The regional office has now booked my vehicle in for August, but this issue has been ongoing since immediately after the service and has still not been resolved. It has been a nightmare trying to get hold of the right person, and I am very disappointed with both the service provided and the lack of customer support.

Communication through the whole process was brilliant too and I was kept in the loop at every stage whenever possible. The process itself moved quickly, and I felt like I got great value for what I was paying for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at getting a car. Overall I was very satisfied with the car and the service in general. I personally dealt with their staff member Anna, and she was very helpful throughout the process.
