A friendly and professional dealership
This is the third car that I have purchased from here and the reason I always choose this place is because of the friendly atmosphere and the expertise of the staff. They are very knowledgeable. They walk you through the whole process and make it as painless as possible. I have dealt with Paul on all three occasions and what he doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing, he is very friendly and professional, he kept in touch through the whole process and when it was time to collect the car he came out and went through all of the controls and features on the car.

First time visiting this dealership, the staff were so knowledgable and super friendly, both Adam and James were so helpful. all the way through the process James couldn’t have done more to support us in understanding what we needed to know about the new car, the process was so quick, it was effortless on our part as they made it so easy for us by navigating through the requirements, really delighted with the service, we would certainly recommend anyone expecting a high level of customer service to go here.

Really good service from Lewis at BYD Morpeth. Great information upfront about the BYD collection, including the car I bought BYD Sealion 7 AWD. Not pushing to sell the cars just there to give the correct information for us. Two cars bought in the same day, a seal and a sealion 7 AWD. Thanks Lewis.
