He was very friendly and asked what we were looking for. From that initial interaction with us his manner was professional, warm & polite. Made us feel very comfortable.

Purchased a nearly new BMW X3 from Teesside BMW. Dealt with Sean who had a great knowledge of the car and its features. He made sure the car was prepared at short notice for collection. He also provided great after sales service to obtain the missing key cards from the previous owner and then provided them to us. Good to see a strong focus on customer service.

I have never driven a full electric car before and was a bit nervous but Andy at the Stockton branch was so lovely with me he made me feel relaxed and took me for a test drive in a car that he had approved to us and myself and my partner absolutely love the car but we wanted the one with Panasonic roof . Rang him to say there was one in a vertu garage down in Nottingham which he arranged for it to come to Stockton for us We love it can I just say a Big Thankyou to Andy and the staff we will definitely be coming back for our next car x

From initial enquiry to collecting the car, the experience was flawless and enjoyable all because of Nick and his great friendly and efficient service.
Nick Jimson kept me updated and informed on each step of the experience, from arranging the car for a test drive, to helping arrange transport for me to get back to the dealership to collect our car.
To understand how good Nick made the experience, I never ever felt sold too, he listened attentively, adapted and supported to let me make the right decisions and always kept communication flowing and responsive.

Streamlined purchase experience. Regular delivery updates. Minor delivery delay but a full explanation and justification provided. Handover day was effortless as the paperwork etc had been completed earlier. Sales executive cannot be praised enough. It's for these reasons that I keep returning to Vertu Teesside BMW.
