Excellent customer service!
We’ve been looking around for a car for a couple of months and had interactions with many dealerships.
This one, Vertu is by far the best of all! It was the smoothest and most comfortable experience from the start, when I called to inquire about a car we saw online till the moment the car was delivered to our doorstep.
We came to have a look and test drive the car on Sunday.
Martin was very professional and efficient, not wasting anyone’s time.
We were happy with is and proceeded with payment and paperwork, but didn’t realize we can’t finish the process due to some paperwork needing to be submitted during working hours. Martin offered us a free delivery once everything is completed to save us time.
Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly and patient with our two young kids being excited!
It was a pleasure to deal with them and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a car!

Great experience at BMW Durham. Dealt with Nick Mason throughout the year it took me to consider the model, the colour, the fuel type etc. He was so knowledgeable and patient and, whilst always helpful and courteous at our many meetings ,he never hassled me or chased me regarding a final purchase, which I did finally make and took delivery of my new X1 23i M Sport on June 19 2026 and with which I am absolutely delighted.
