Not working, support unreachable, spare yourself the money!
I got my vertplanter and I was really excited for it but it doesn't leak any water. It's totally useless so I contacted the support several times to return my product but they never even responded. Spare yourself the 50€ for this stupid pod and don't buy there.

My plant died
My plant died. I tied it to the planter just as they show on their videos but within two days the plant totally wilted. The planter is damp as it should be but apparently it does not sustain the plants as the seller claims. I did ask them on their social media message if they could send me more instructions but I got no reply. What a shame.
