Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service!
They would not let me change my order (despite 8 day delivery). Instead, they said that I would have to return the item and order a new one (and pay the delevery fee again). I've also payed extra for the item to be gift wrapped, which it wasn't. Never again.

Nice products, terrible Customer Service
Nice products, but completely incompetent customer service. If you call, and Jean-Marc? will respond, hang up immediately. We are waiting for a product, which is available on site, for 1.5 months, and nothing. When you call, you hear "there is nothing we can do, we know nothing, you have to wait." Amazing...

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, this is the first and last time I order anything from vertbaudet.ch.
I ordered a kid's desk 1.5 months before schools open and my kid still doesn't have a desk. The delivered product was faulty, one of the legs was delivered double, so one leg was missing.
After calling the hotline I was told that they would send me the missing leg so I could finish assembling the piece of furniture. Ten days later, without any phone call or e-mail, I called the hotline again. This time I was told that false information was given to me and that they would have to send me the whole piece once again, I should send back the faulty one.
Another week after this, again without any kind of reaction from their side, I called again and no order had been sent my way. I was told I should call back the week after to "follow-up" and make sure my order was sent. As if this was my mistake, and my job.
The other products were fine and the people I had on the phone were polite, but this is not customer service, it is a joke.
You cannot leave this without any kind of follow up, I expect an answer ASAP ! ! !

This Company is a joke
This Company is a joke. Dealing with them is waste of your money and time. Absolutely no client centricity, no responses to client inquiries and compliants at all. I have tried to call them perhaps 50 times, with no success. They are pure liars and deliver clothes far beyond what they promise. You would sew your own clothes faster than they delivere what you have ordered. I would shut them down, for ever.
