UK property acquisition by foreigner
As a foreigner who was looking to invest in a UK property for the first time, I was quite sceptical and I had tons of questions, which Track Capital (Nick Hyland) answered promptly and clearly.
I had a call with Nick Hyland for him to better understand what I was looking for and from thereon I was proposed with various properties and finding of a solicitor to assist me with the paper works.
I am very much happy with the services of Track Capital, I recommend them as they are very professional, reliable, trustworthy and have quick response time even over weekends.
Thanks to Mr Nick Hyland / Track Capital, I have concluded my acquisition about 10 days ago.
