ARE YOU KIDDING????? This is just a badly cut bit of fabric that took 3 weeks to get here. It’s not even hemmed, literally just a stretch of fabric. They ought to be ashamed, this is an utter disgrace.

I'm now in a case where I have to pay 40£ because VERSIO decided to automatically renew the products I bought for couple of months. On their terms, they state that the automatic renewal is an OPTION, and is set to off by default. In this case, they charged me TWICE without my consent. The payments failed because I had 0£ on the card and they charged me anyway. Now they ask me to pay 40 pounds for not paying the amount they decided to charge my account.

When I used their products I bought a monthly subscription for 0.49£, which means I PAY FOR A MONTH AFTER THAT THE SERVICE/PRODUCT is being cancelled, especially since I didn't ask for a renewal, and now I am asked to pay... terrible service, only feel bad for referring the site to others, will definitely not do that again.

time to time pages to only show "you meet your resource limits." Closer inspection shows how the server resources has dropped (memory andd cpu) and entry process limit has set in middle of contract. At first 24h when my sites were working only occasionally I managed to contact 2 people claiming that problem was solved or it was my fault. After 24h server side person contacted and told that this was normal. And again my site was the problem. So be aware if using their services. It might be that your sites don't work anymore and you will hear that it is your fault.

Appauling , If your a progammer maybe its ok but hey even my sales page managed to leave my website and list itself on the net under another website. Customer support great if your buying and f???? off if your not , Quote, Were a sale site not support. You log in to versio and theres no link to your site builder to do alterations which is another nightmare even if you do get there.
Templates sometimes resize other times they dont so whats the point of a template if it does not size.
Bottom line 6 months plus in and alls bad.

with a little bit of API usage, got great round robin working
and scale-able work like it was no big deal at all

I guess the limite of traffic for starter plan not enough and. I have had difficulties to settings my site because you don't show enough informations about use WordPress, for example.

Before chat support was good but now they support only to sale their product and services

Versio has been helpful. I had some trouble over the passed but it was always solved in no time over the chat. Quick response time and helpful staff. Always recommend versio to family / friends as well. Good price / quality as well.

I mainly use them from domain registration and management. Registering a domain was fairly easy and the interface is simple enough to quickly manage DNS records and name servers. I will continue to use them in the future.

Site templates had many issues but now appears to work fine.

2 weeks using Versio, my website ran much faster.
Now there is no problem with the large number of visitors.
I am from Indonesia with visitors also from Indonesia, and there is no problem at all with the performance of my website.

Versio - nothing too small for them. Very helpful customer service.

It's too early to really decide if this hosting company is great or not but first impressions are really good and I don't think it's going to change. The support has been amazing and the service excellent. Did I mention the prices? - Very very good and the only company I found where their reseller packages tailored small businesses which instantly got them a sale from me as other companies charge too much and for things I don't need.

Good support but lacks some vital features. Decent uptime, great pricing.
