I bought trousers that weren't my size and exchanged it to a new pair. Dasya included me in every step of the refund and was always so helpful with my questions and included me in every step of the refund. Its such a cool label and it definetly wasn't my last buy.

Following up on my 1 Star Review:

It was a long journey, but now i finally received the original item which i had orderes in november.
Dasya from Customer Service provided her best help after my 1 Star Review, to make sure i finally make the exchange happen. I only have to say it took waay to long to finally get to this point. But after 4 Months i am now happy with Verseas.

I received a wrong item after a month of waiting. After having a nice talk with the customer support and providing them with evidence(photos) of the packaging, the item and tracking number, they just stopped replying and didnt provide me with either the article which i originally ordered, or a return label so i can send them back the item which i dont want. How can this happen? Why ignore me when i didnt make any mistake?? You made the mistake!! Will never shop there again.

My delivery took over 3 weeks (24 days) and arrived well after Christmas. Even given a busy period, it was well over the suggested timeframe. As a result I could not give the gift to its intended recipient who was no longer in the UK. By the time could get it to her, I would easily have missed the short (14 day) return window.
Despite explaining the situation, Verseas suggested that I should have known that there would be ‘a high likelihood’ of it not arriving in time for Christmas. I could have returned to the item for a refund (at my own expense) but Verseas showed little flexibility and would not extend the return window. I was very disappointed.

After initially leaving a 1-star review due to a declined return and lack of flexibility, I’m updating this review.
Following my feedback, the team reached out, reconsidered the situation, and processed a full refund. I appreciate that they ultimately chose to resolve the issue.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I value brands that are willing to listen and correct course. Thank you for addressing it.

The quality of the service and communication is excellent, the products are really nice, i really recommend :))

I had an excellent experience. The website is very clear, especially when it comes to sizing (which can often be tricky with Asian brands). The team’s communication was outstanding, and my order arrived in Belgium within three weeks.

Free return, good products and fast customer service, what can expect more.

The concept of having a representative for upcoming Asian designers in areas like Europe is fantastic.
Without VERSEAS acting as a middleman, it would be near impossible to get your hands on products from the represented brands.

I have had overly pleasant experiences with VERSEAS and their services; fast shipping considering the products are being shipped from their place of origin, a helpful and forwardcoming customer service, excellent product quality, no suprise import fees upon arrival and a continously updated catalogue of some of the finest upcoming Asian designer brands I have yet seen.

I'm looking forward to continue shopping with VERSEAS and can only recommend this website if you are on the search for upcoming brands!

Verseas is Goated

Great Quality at a pretty affordable price.

For the cost of the items the quality is really on par with brands like Balenciaga and Gucci. Pretty happy with my purchase, packaging also really thought off so good also for gifting.

My only recommendation is to size up a bit with the pants if you are Caucasian or Afro. As the brands are Asian and are designed with Asian body types in mind.

I did get a cardigen from simple project. Everything is like in the description. The delivery is fast and you can see every delivery step by the tracking site.
