Regarding online payments, our system is fully set up, and customers have the option to pay online at the time of booking. However, in your case, it seems that this option was not selected, which is why payment was handled differently.
As for airport pickups, we always provide a clear fare for the journey itself. However, parking charges are separate, as they depend on how long we need to wait for you inside the airport. Since arrival times can vary due to immigration, baggage delays, or other factors, we do not include parking fees in the initial quote. This ensures that you only pay for the actual parking cost rather than an estimated amount that may not be accurate.
We strive to be as transparent as possible with our pricing and always inform customers about the fare and additional parking charges beforehand. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

Late driver for early morning pick-up
The driver's alarm did not go off so he was going to be 35 minutes late for a 5am airport run. I had to book an Uber to get to the airport on time. Pity, because normally the drivers are reliable and service is good.

Elderly in a wheelchair
Told them I was with an elderly who has a wheelchair and drivers were very patient in waiting.
I even cancelled my 5pm pick up and changed to 6pm pick up time which they considered.
