This is my second Versa Desk Purchase. Firs one was 1 1/2 years ago for my office in Boston.
Setup a home office in Rhode Island during Pandemic - purchased the Versa Corner desk unit - Absolutely perfect for my corner office desk and new home computer setup with dual monitors. The extra USB port on the desk is a plus also

Outstanding customer service. I had a small hiccup with my order and the customer service has been very responsive and helpful. What I appreciate the most is having the opportunity of working with the same person throughout the process.
One of the worst buying experience ever. First the product was falsely advertised. Product was not compatible with my iMac. I have post sales customer service a chance to assist me. After going back-and-forth numerous phone calls, emails and often times no callbacks that was promised and emails ignores, I was advised I needed to purchase additional hardware. But they did not know what hardware I needed to purchase! I ultimately returned the product. Adding insult to injury they wanted me to pay to ship it back. SMH
We fell in love the product the moment we saw the video. Although the complete desk set up with keyboard tray and monitor arms did not work out for us, we love the desk & bike chair. Wobble board was a bit whimpy but that may be because I'm a wobble board kinda guy.

I received a broken versa desk that I immediately followed up on trying to get a replacement for. It took me nearly a month and a half, about six emails, and probably more than 10 phone calls and various escalations ultimately resulting in a compromise on my part to get a product that would suffice instead of the product that I wanted. While ultimately I did end up with a versa desk, the quality was not nearly what I have known to expect in the past and while they did try to make the frustration right by sending an anti-fatigue mat, I still sat with a broken versa desk boxed up in my house for about six weeks longer than I would have liked. It was overall a very frustrating experience, one that makes me unlikely to recommend this product in the future.
Their return policy is impossible -- you are responsible for the shipping fee of the very expensive desk riser if you choose to return. Not feasible for a public school district to spend that $$ on return shipping.
The desk has worked great. There is enough room for a large display, speakers and my Surface. It moves up and down smoothly without disturbing anything on the desk. Great product.

We are so happy that we are using this motorized riser desk from Versa Desk. We had a minor problem at the beginning, and reported and got fixed right away. The USB port at the desk is very helpful. Happy customer and continue to spread the word about this desk.
I ordered a desk riser as a gift but the recipient did not want it so I tried to return it. I was mislead by Eddie In customer service who told me that he was working on getting approval for a return (not just an authorization to return item) but actually covering the return shipment. The problem was that the cost of shipment for this 68lb heavy box was about $50. I bought the riser with a discount at about $115. I was led to believe the company would cover the shipping charges. Eddie said he would send me an empty box (I presume with a prepaid shipping label on it) so I could return the riser. But he never sent it and he stopped responding to me. I also spoke to Louie and Veronica who didn’t know anything about what Eddie had said. They told me that shipping fees for return were fully on me!
I am in San Diego and not too far away from the company in LA and was even willing to drive this heavy big box to their office to avoid paying for shipping but because of Covid they wouldn’t accept!
Versadesk makes a promise of full returns but what is the point of that when I have to pay 50% in shipping?!!!!
I am beyond frustrated. I have spent way too much time and money on this stupid thing. Their customer service is misleading and awful.
