WARNING:DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They changed their name from Vero Swim to Avia Swim.. probably to avoid all of the lawsuits.

They are stealing images from Renee Somerfield and Somerfield Swim for their websites. They had images on their Instagram of the real swimwear model/owner and thankfully they had to take them down. Don’t be fooled by the inexpensive swimwear they post - they are stealing styles and I know people who have ordered from them and never received their items. These people are scammers even though their website looks so professionally done. I hope I save someone some $ for writing this.

The so called "sale" on the website is fake and is there in order to get Avia to steal your money. After you order they never ship the bathing suits and if you try and email they don't answer. If you. call it goes to a representative and then to voicemail. I just filed a dispute to get my money back! Do not order from Avia, it should be shut down!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! Normally one can tell when a website looks fishy, but this website seemed totally legit and Instagram promotes it's Ads! Do not be fooled. I had to make a dispute to my bank for this charge. What a headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would. VERO SWIM is now AVIA SWIM, and they are a complete scam. Despite a somewhat legitimate looking website, they’re a fraud. Too bad Instagram recommended me to them, I was fooled since prices were too amazing to pass up. Photos and bikinis posted on their site come from a real brand called “somerfield swim.”

I ordered suits from Vero Swim, which is NOW CALLED AVIA SWIM, and havent heard anything back from them or been able to get in contact with them at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! THIS IS A SCAM! They are now called AVIA SWIM!

Terrible. Do not order anything from here! They took my money but bathing suits never even shipped. Tried reaching out on multiple platforms, no answer. Total scam.

Never received my swimsuit. Company does not answer calls or emails. They seem super legit but they are clearly a scam.

UGH just like everyone. TERRIBLE Services. no Tracking, no response to emails or IG messages, no bathing suits either. I'm so disappointed. I can't believe that IG is supporting this! I'm going to have to talk to my bank to get my money back. don't wait your time or money on this stupid company.

Ordered for Cyber Monday, and in February, after three emails that were never responded to, I had to get PayPal to return my money. No idea how they're still a functioning business–just one big scam.

Does anyone know how we get the Vero Swim website shut down? They cannot continue to get away with scamming customers. The worst part is this company was promoted by Instagram. I am out $117 since December 2018 and have reached out to them several times to no avail.

Never received my swimsuit that was ordered from VERO SWIM - 100% SCAM (its been 4 months). Very sad because I was looking forward to that for my upcoming trip. I was scammed through and Instagram Add. Hopefully, any future buyer is reading this first! DO NOT ORDER!

Terrible experience just like everyone else. They took my money and never sent me my purchase and never responded to my emails. I would advise anyone who has any complaints about this company to report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This is consumer fraud.

I ordered some swimwear from this website as it looks legit and had some good deals. HOWEVER I have not received my order for a month now! I chased them up twice with an email and no reply no nothing! They don’t have a property address and uncontactable on phone, please save yourself the trouble from getting scammed from this website! I have reported them online so hopefully something gets done about it. Lesson learnt!

Bought swimsuits two months in advance. 9 months after purchase and 8 months after I had claimed fraud on my credit card, I received a message that my swimsuits were processed. Two years later, still waiting for them.
They blocked me from messaging them on all platforms, delete all negative comments from customers off their instagram page. Avoid at all costs.

I had the same experience as every one else. purchased two swim suits two months in advance of when they were needed and i never received them. sent emails, made phone calls, no one answered. avoid at all costs unless you just want to throw your money away. this company/website should be reported.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Order never came, confirmation never received, just money taken. I contacted them 3 times leaving 3 voicemails, sent multiple emails, and reached out on social media. No response. I have contacted my bank to go through with a refund. SCAM!!!

This is the worst website. They don't answer your emails and their tracking links don't work. Do not order from here

Ordered my bathing suit in November, and never got it. They ignore all my emails and delete all my comments on insta.

I had placed an order for a suit on June 18th hoping to hear something in regards to status. A couple of emails sent to customer service and a month later, still zero response or tracking. Do NOT waste your time here. I’m really not even sure if this company is real or just good at spending their advertisement dollars on nice stock photos.
