I am writing this out of sheer frustration we had 3 boilers from Verossi as the water had a horrible metalic taste. After the third boiler I requested a refund which was agreed to. Initially customer service team were really helpful,but seem to have gone very quiet.
Verossi arranged the return for 28/08/2026 with DPD sent tracking number , 3 boilers , tap and 4 filters where returned ( filters were sent to us as compensation from Verossi over the weeks).
We were told refund would be within 10days it now over the 10days.

We also sincerely apologise that the refund process took 12 working days rather than the 10 working days originally advised. As the returned items needed to be received and tested before the refund could be completed, the process unfortunately took longer than expected.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after the issues you had already experienced with the boilers. We’re sorry that our communication during the returns process did not meet the standard of service you received from us initially, and we appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

Bought express delivery for between 1 to 2 days. Item arrived late, and therefore I had to pay for an extra day for kitchen fitters to come back.

Great customer service
I ordered my item which was different to what I had originally wanted as that was out of stock. I received a message to inform me of a delay so asked for the lead time on the tap I actually had wanted and if it was possible to change the order and this was dealt with effectively and efficiently which from a customer point was amazing. Still awaiting its arrival following despatch but this is within the timescale I was given upon ordering so I’m still happy 😃
