If I could give it minus stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a company.
Ordered my daughter a hoody got Christmas. Looked really good material thick hood shape etc. they sent the wrong size. Not to mention material was terrible quality super thin etc
Contacted company quick response offered a refund.
Paid £29 for return. Sent all tracking details and regular updates no reply
They never collected the parcel
Emailed again with evidence of same.
Instant reply stating full refunds
Waiting 2 weeks+ still not returned to my account.
I’ve placed an enquiry through my bank regarding this issue.

Be careful with this company, they send the wrong size and when it arrives and you want to exchange it, the package gets lost in transit and you lose your money

Ordered an item that was delivered to the pavement on a busy street outside my house, they even took photos of saying delivery to back door but there areno back doorsin the street. They courier didn't even attempt delivery to any of eight neighbours

Be careful, it is a real scam. They never refund my return, even if I have spent 52 Euro to send it back (priority post) to China.

Looks like an Amsterdam company but they sell crap out of china. Can’t even send it back. Do not buy here, should be shut down.

Ordered a jewellery piece. It was delivered in the mailbox after more than 14 days of shipping, however got lost as the mailbox is just a slot in the door. I am attempting to be refunded but they keep telling me they won't do that as the piece was delivered. I will escalate this further if necessary. It's not about money, it's about respecting the customer rights and them earning money on poor customer account.

After purchasing a product, I decided to insect the websites network addresses and noticed a link to Shopify.com during certain instances.

Looked further into the site and noticed most of the images were directly taken from Aliexpress. Upon realising i tried cancelling my order immediately and was unable to on the website. Contacted the seller and they replied once asking for the shipping number. Then a full day of silence with me sending emails for a cancellation until they decided to send it and then sent me an email saying "unfortunately we can't cancel since its already been shipped but feel free to refund at this address" and its an address in China. I purchased something for 30 euro and the cost to return is 52 at your own expense. Huge scam, dont even bother. I doubt they will care. I'll be sure to contact authorities about this.
