They don't deliver the product and don't answer the support, but reply to the bank when I open a card dispute. Seems to me quite a scam company.

Everyone who has been cheated
Everyone who has been cheated, after you get no response from the support for few days - apply for chargeback for the transaction with the card issuing bank.
I got money back that way and their merchant accounts will be blocked eventually if you do that so they won’t be able to scam any longer!
