Louis absolutely came in and sorted me out with a job I'm genuinely excited for when I needed it most. I've been out of work struggling to make ends meet for a few months since my last contract ran out, making my CV public on a few sites made him able to contact me directly and sort me out an interview. This guy really goes the extra mile, calling me with practice questions that could come up in the specific interview I'm in for and everything, wishing me good luck and having a genuinely friendly and motivating attitude. This guy loved his job and it shows, hats off to you bud.

Great communications, always felt I was dealing with a professional who knew her area well. Any questions/queries were answered very quickly and advice before interviews was really good.

Spoke to Louis Rowbottom, recently. He was extremely extremely helpful. Very friendly and professional he explained the role in full detail. Followed up with me after and before just to see if I was prepared for the interview. He definitely has very great customer service. And was very easy to speak to.

My experience was amazing, everything was going downhill with UC they're pretty much useless they didn't acknowledge my job needs then i was referred by the restart scheme, then they sent me to Clare miles
one of the best recruitment managers, she helped me acquire my goal by getting a job in a call centre with bare minimum qualifications she helped me chase up the job with basic questions you'd ask when you're in that nervous state before the job like where's the building and similar questions, the service i had got was 10/10
