Super easy way to sell devices, mobile and apple watch in my case.Very user friendly website and i receivedthe same amount as mentioned before trading in.

I sold my iPhone 14 (128GB) to verkopen.nl. The phone was in very good condition, and the online estimate was around €250–270.

At first, I received a lower offer of €220, which felt disappointing — especially considering the phone had no major flaws. However, the team proactively contacted me via WhatsApp, rechecked the evaluation, and added €30 more, bringing the final offer to €250.

I truly appreciate that they reached out on their own and corrected the mistake. That shows professionalism and customer care.

They got my phone at 21.2., checked it, said its good and they are sending the money.

Money is not on the account after 6 days and they don't answer messages.

Don't send them anything!

I sent them two devices. They evaluated them very quickly and offered me fair prices. They said that it takes only one working day to send me the payment. After one week, I received the payment for only one of the devices. A few days later, they sent me an email with new and lower price for the second device. I accepted that offer as I was in a rush. Now, after two weeks I have not received the reduced price of the second device!!!! The contact centre is not responsive and they are just ignoring my messages one after the other.

The promised value of my iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 GB bought with 1580€ in 2021 has been estimated to 663€-728€ by them. Only for them to send me an email after receiving the phone that they actually dropped the price to only 258€ because of minor bursts on the screen, that any phone may have after one year and half of usage. This is really not fair at all! And they asked me to pay them 12,5€ if I want to get my phone back, which I had to do! So I didn’t sell my phone with them, I only lost 12,5€ for it to be sent back. This company is a total loss of time and money

After I sent them my Samsung in an ideal condition, they replied they estimate it only for EUR 17 which is much less than expected amount as they found one technical issue.
I checked what you asked to check in your questions and everything was ok. If you want an ideal phone, you should clearly state it.
Otherwise, it looks like scam.

I found the website through simply googling “how to sell an old IPhone”.
Instructions was understandable and simple.
The support team replied to me within 20 minutes after my first message, I send my phone for free with a label on package that was in my email.
Even the price is not big, it’s something, as I didn’t intent to use my old phone at all!
The money didn’t came the day I got email that everything was fine, though.
