Not sure where you get your records information from, but clearly your research is very poor. you have recently sent me 3 letters saying my 3 properties have been unoccupied for several years. Which they have not! How do you check and where do you get your information, clearly not from the local rates departments?

Unbelievable, what a brilliant company got back for us thousands of pounds no exaggeration, helpful, commutative and just all round a good company to deal with.
