While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

"Premier Plan," yeah, right

Their Premier Plan (which I paid $5,000 for in June, 2025) is permitting them to repair my car with junk yard parts. And they dragged their feet for over 3 weeks to approve even that (while my leather-seated car baked in the Texas summer sun in the service shop's parking lot). I'll know better next time.

They will happily accept your money at…

They will happily accept your money at time of purchase but will make you jump through so many hoops when/if the time comes for repairs. And don't even think about getting a rental car covered they told me I can only get covered while the vehicle is literally being wrenched on measured in hours of labor. NOT the duration of the car being in the shop, not while diagnosing, and not while awaiting parts. So my car was in the shop for 2.5 months and they covered "one" day of rental coverage...yes you read that right. Just ONE day out of over 60+ in shop! Avoid this company at all costs!!

VERIITAS SEEMS A SCAM.

VERIITAS SEEMS A SCAM.
Since October when I put my money in, I've not been able to withdraw a dime. Thank God I didn't commit two other persons on my mind. There are even no more activities on the page again. Like my money has gone down the drain.

These people are scam artists

These people are scam artist it’s. If you are offered one of their warranties, do not buy it. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. They denied my claim because “Chevrolet performed a maintenance service on my vehicle that Chevrolet did not recommend”. I have talked to multiple dealerships and GM directly. GM informed me that what Veritas is telling me is false and the performed service is part of the recommended service for my vehicle. GM even went as far as to email me a tech bulletin related to my issues that specifically recommends the service that veritas is claiming voided my warranty. If you don’t believe my just check their rating with the BBB. 2.1 out of 5 stars and 300 complaints made.

Potential Scammers

This company has shown a troubling lack of transparency with its members, with multiple inconsistencies and questionable business practices. The frequent delays in withdrawal dates, sudden changes to the minimum withdrawal requirements, and vague explanations for these adjustments create an atmosphere of uncertainty and distrust.

Members who joined with the expectation of straightforward terms are now experiencing ongoing frustrations as withdrawal dates continue to be postponed, often with last-minute, unexplained "technical issues" cited as the cause. This pattern of behavior can appear unprofessional, if not deliberately misleading, and leaves members in a difficult position, feeling bound to a system with unclear intentions and without the transparency initially promised.
