Veridbooks is AI bookkeeping software for Canadian accounting and bookkeeping firms. We help firm staff turn a month of client receipts, invoices, and statements into draft expense ledgers they can review, correct, and approve before anything is filed or synced. Firms invite their bookkeepers into a multi-client workspace. Each firm is a separate tenant with its own staff and client files. Documents can come from Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint, or a simple upload. Clients can also send files through a portal magic link when they are not on a shared drive. A run inventories what was received, reads mixed PDFs and images, and drafts ledger lines with vendor, dates, pre-tax, tax, and gross amounts kept as separate fields, plus a suggested category and a link back to the source document. Canadian GST, HST, and PST handling is province-aware, with per-client defaults and firm-level vendor rules so the same supplier does not have to be recoded every month. Quebec QST is not automated. When a client is ready, approved lines can be pushed to QuickBooks Online. Optional bank connections support statement workflows where available. Veridbooks does not replace professional judgment. Drafts are assistive only. Firm staff stay accountable for every figure before filing or sending work to a customer. Access is invite-only with Google Sign-In for staff. There is no public self-signup.
