The overall experience with this moving company was very disorganised and lacked clear communication throughout the process.
I initially filled in their online form and received an automated estimate, which I understood was indicative and subject to adjustment. After expressing interest and providing additional questions and preferred dates, I received a confirmation for June 16 at 14:00. This already differed from my initial expectation and caused some confusion.
After further attempts to clarify details via email, I did not receive clear or timely responses and had to follow up multiple times.
The date was then changed to June 23, which I reorganised my schedule around. However, on June 22 at 11:00, I was contacted again and asked to move the appointment forward to 15:00–16:00, which was a last-minute change compared to what had been agreed.
On the day itself, I received multiple calls from 13:45 onwards, while being told they were already at my door, which created unnecessary pressure despite the agreed time window being later.
The actual moving work was completed very quickly (around 45 minutes), with no dismantling or assembly required, and no packing materials used as everything was already prepared.
A €45 materials fee was still charged (but no materials were needed as everything was already packaged), and the invoice by email was not very clear regarding the cost breakdown.

Be aware that even for a very small and quick move (around 45 minutes), the minimum charge still applies, which resulted in a total cost of €581. This may come as a surprise if the terms and minimum duration are not clearly explained in advance.
