Shocked that the items quality and…
Shocked that the items quality and cutting are worst than Cottonon or even maybe SHEIN. Honestly thought they were a boutique store quality, but with the recent 3 dresses and 1 skirt i purchased and received, none of the items zips were smooth and the material was paper thin-like for the dresses. Sizing was comparable to asian branded clothing sizes too. First and last purchase. Not even worth $5dollars a dress and they are selling it for $100plus per item average.

Very disappointed my jumper arrived but…
Very disappointed my jumper arrived but was too big and as I had been told they have a great refund policy ? Unfortunately not the case here. The jumper was way too big and I wanted to EXCHANGE for smaller which when ordering it gave no indication that I couldn’t do! I went through the process but it kept saying there was an “internal” issue ? This continued to happen. My daughter (who spends $$$$) tried to help in the end she was able to get a refund only of which was $20 less than it cost!!! When the postage was on $7.95 so I am $20 short with no jumper! Will not be buying from them again which is a shame when they have nice clothes☹️

Consistently fab
I consistently have great experiences with VRG GRL. I genuinely love their clothes, the styles are on trend but still wearable, and the quality has always been solid for me.
Their loyalty program is actually worthwhile and easy to use, returns are straightforward and hassle-free, and the website is one of the easiest fashion sites to navigate. I especially appreciate the detailed sizing reviews and transparency, it makes online shopping feel far less risky.
I also want to shout out the staff at Warringah Mall, they’re always friendly, helpful and make the in-store experience really pleasant.
Overall, a brand that clearly puts thought into both their products and customer experience. Highly recommend.

Don't order from the UK unless you are 100% sure.
I am severely out of pocket after ordering two items from the UK. The items I received were so oversized that they were unwearable, even when pregnant. Subsequently, it cost me over £30 to return these from the UK, and I lost a further £20+ in taxes which VRG girl said are not refundable. Customer service not helpful at all. Do not order from this site unless you are 100% sure of the fit and suitability of the items.
