Been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Had no shipping updates, sent numerous emails to which i get the same response of 'itll be shipped next week' and it never does. I've now contacted 4 days ago for a refund and now they just ignore me. 'Jack Aran Fernandes' is a scammer with a fake business, DO NOT USE, awful.

been ordering for a few momths and everytime the items came within 2 weeks. For a small brand quality and fit is good. also got a free shirt in my order

Have not received my order I placed in November 2025 despite numerous emails to and from verborgen assuring me shipment was about to happen. Now that I have requested a refund they just ignore me.

I have not received the order that was made in October 2025 (current date 22/01/2026), despite me emailing back and fourth with the company for months.
I disputed the payment with my bank after receiving no replies from them about my delivery for over a month, then once I disputed the payment with my bank i heard back from them straight away. They asked me to cancel the dispute (which I naively did, as I was unaware that once it is cancelled, it cannot be reopened so do not close the dispute!), and then they said they are refunding me (they did not) and they have also asked me to now pay a SEPARATE invoice (without receiving back my initial funds) because they are having issues with their banking... So it is 3 months later, no items dispatched, and no money received back. Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed an order with Verborgen on 16 October. It is now December 8th and I still have not received the item.

Communication about the delay was first non-existent, then slow, and generally very unprofessional. Emails were poorly written, with spelling mistakes and no proper layout, which did not inspire any confidence. I was later told the shirt was “custom” and would therefore take longer, or that the store was busy at this time of year. This was never made clear at the point of purchase. In fact, shortly before ordering I was told on Instagram that there were “a few left in stock” in my size, which now feels like pressure to buy quickly rather than an honest stock update.

After waiting well beyond the stated processing times, I opened a dispute with my bank to protect myself as a consumer. When I informed Verborgen, they replied that opening a dispute was “wasting their time” and that they would not dispatch my order unless I closed it – a clear attempt to pressure me into giving up my rights.

I refused to close the dispute and requested a refund, as I no longer wanted anything from this brand. My bank are still currently dealing with the case but I would strongly suggest saving yourself from the hassle.

If you are having issues with Verborgen, I would strongly suggest contacting your bank and, if necessary, reporting the matter to Trading Standards. No customer should have to go through this just to receive either their order or their money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am not one to usually say this, but last year i ordered a hoodie that took over 8 months to arrive, i sent countless emails and there was an endless back and fourth, no empathy shown or any will to help the situation and in the end they gave me a gift card to 'help' the matters. I then went to use the gift card on something else and i and now waiting over 2 months for this item. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy from this overpriced lack of effort brand

Ordered in January and received nothing.
Client support sucks as they only tell me the order has been shipped but fail to provide any tracking information. Dont buy!!

Dont EVER buy from this brand. I recieved nothing after 5 months and they 'dont do refunds'. I was promised a voucher after contacting the helpcenter but nothing to this day. SCAM DONT BUY

The company owner hired a virtual assistant in a Facebook group for not paying his assistant. Is this the company that you want to support?

Just to let you know that he scammed 2 honest employee for a little bit of money.
