Dishonest company operating under two different names Veora and Evora Official

This company is a total scam. Firstly they advertise themselves as using Nasa technology along with other features. Secondly the product took a long time to arrive and couldn't properly be tracked. When the LED mask did arrive it was completely unbranded and the instructions did not mention anything about the features in the description. Lastly there is a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked but I have received zero contact back. They also have a secondary company mentioned in their returns section, who claim to have no association. Very unhappy.
