I got the a few month back , within the 2 month the LID* started bubbles of paint and top and bottom , not safe to cook at all or cover food with, the pans are already showing the silver color under the black cover that uses it. Would i recommend, absolutely NOT , i think you get for what you pay for , As they said , to good 2 be true *
Is always better to pay for the real deal and not have to be worried about tour health when using this items . I will never buy it again or continue using it.

1) Juice was filled with pulp. Have to run it through a sieve everytime or else juice is undrinkable.

2) Juicer is extremely slow - slower than normal masticating juicers which is already slow.

3) Return policy is in my opinion very misleading. You need it to be "unused" to return if you are "unsatisfied" - how on earth can you determine the quality of a product you don't use? (Will update this if company gives meaningful response to my request)

4) Juicer is very tall, to the point you can't really store it anywhere. Poor engineering.

I'm deeply disappointed - I gave the company a chance as they were running a sale for $149 for the juicer. I do not think it's worth close to that price.

I recently bought a Ventray Juicer after having an Oscar Juicer for the past 10 years. The Ventray juicer is great value and juices really well - but the reason for this review is that the moving parts started to make a weird noise after a couple of months. To my surprise, after logging the issue with some supporting info and video, Ventray sent me a new machine and not just the parts that were the issue. Best warranty followup I have ever had with a purchase.
