Seriously I accidentally signed up last…

Seriously I accidentally signed up last year for the entire year. I didn’t want this subscription I thought I was signing up for a 14 day trial. I removed my CC information at that time and told the CEO on a video call I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE. I just got an email stating my renewal!?!?!!? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place you’ll never get rid of them. I emailed to cancel they won’t cancel, so desperate for money. Now I need to call my CC to decline any more charges from this place.

I requested cancellation before my…

I requested cancellation before my Vengreso subscription renewal, but they claimed they never received my email and charged me the full amount anyway. Their system keeps your credit card on file, making it nearly impossible to cancel without being charged. Felt more like being held hostage than receiving a service. Disappointed and frustrated.
