Very happy with the service of Veneta…

Very happy with the service of Veneta and Alco in particular. Alco advised us so good and we followed his advice with colors and materials for every room. Very good and professional service, thanks again Alco!

Free appointment

I was not to sure about what I wanted to buy in window decorations so the reason I chose Veneta was because I could make an appointment for someone to come to my house and advise me on what my options were.
+ I had an appointment with Alco. He listened and gave good advise.
+ The communication was also very goed
- I wish the plisse in easyfix came in more colors

although waiting time was a bit longer…

although waiting time was a bit longer than expected, was pretty much satisfied with the quality of blinds. some misunderstanding about the length of the blinds resulted in another appointment, however the situation was handled in a professional way, so eventually everything was sorted. all in all, if you are ready to wait a bit longet you will get a very good quality of a product and warranty of 8 years

Most professional appointment

Most professional appointment: measurement, supporting the choice of material, friendliness, fair price. Stan is doing this job as best as somebody can, I didn't expect that quality of the visit in the house before ordering. Looking forward now to the products

I had Cindy over to help me

I had Cindy over to help me. I was so happy with her service that I ordered for more windows that I had planned initially.
Now the waiting game is on and I really hope that I get the curtains soon :)

Awful Experience

EDIT: Updated review as the problem has been resolved after 5 months. I will still rate with 3 stars due to extremely slow communication and everything taking very long (excluding manufacturing & shipping times of course.)

Awful Experience!

It began nicely with a visit from the company’s expert who took measurements, very easy quote/payment process, tracking etc.

Then the blinds arrived. First they were too long. After multiple communications with very slow responses, a missed appointment, and a call to customer service. The expert finally came to confirm that they’re indeed very long.

I was the sent replacement blinds, which had the correct height but didn’t fully close. Again, we started the cycle of slow communication.

It has been 3 months since I received my blinds. I had to take them down 3 times to replace them, verify that there’s nothing wrong with them, and send pictures and videos to customer service.

I Keep asking for someone to come and do necessary adjustments since the product doesn’t work as advertised out of the box, but this seems to be impossible.

Now I have holes in my window frame, blinds that will probably never work, and a company that takes more than a week to reply to a request for refund.

Long wait, but good quality and customer service

Mixed feelings really, but overall satisfied with the product and the finishing.
I ordered Roman blinds with mounting service, which I thought would be a standard order and wouldn’t take long to complete. In the end, it took more than 2 months to complete my order and just 5 min to install. So my advice - for similar orders, you might want to drop assembly service, you can always get it via a different service provider or do it yourself, it’s not too hard.
Second - I didn’t really follow the logic behind the length of the chain handle that’s used to open and close the blinds. I have a tall window in the bedroom where I ordered the blinds which goes up to the ceiling, and I believe the length of the chain was not adjusted, it’s way too short for the height, so in order for me to use it, I actually have to step on the bed and only then can I reach to the chain 😂
Other than these quirks, the quality of finishing and the assembly service was really good, so hopefully they will serve me long enough.
Update (04-10-2023): very impressed with the quick follow-up from Veneta customer service team post my original feedback. They have apologised for delay in executing my order and replaced the chain with the longer one very fast. Many thanks!

Horrible service

Horrible service. We had an appointment with the sales person, who came and took the measurements. As it is a new apartment and there are no curtains at all, we wanted to order curtains that were in stock and could be delivered faster. So far, we only have issues:
- Worst thing is that due to the wrong measurement (done by the "expert" that also gave advice), our plinten are damaged. There is nobody to take responsibility.
- Vouwgordijnen were not in stock, even though I specifically asked while ordering and the sales person confirmed. It takes much longer than expected to deliver them.
- One of the packages is not delivered yet because they gave the wrong address to the delivery company. Client service is not responding.

We regret very much working with Veneta. Unprofessional.

16 weeks waiting time

We chose Veneta because we really wanted curtains before summer and they promised short delivery times (2-4 weeks). The blinds arrived in time but we are still waiting for the curtains and it's at 16 weeks now.

16 weeks wait and of course there is little communication - they won't even inform you about the delay on their own or call to discuss your options

Good & Bad sides!

We purchased the plisse gordijnen en overgordijnen.
Positives: Relatively fast&neat delivery, correct measurements, good advise, nice colors.
Negatives: When warm outside the curtains produce bad smell when the sun shines towards the window. We try to keep the windows open to neutralize the smell during the afternoon, really annoying!!

Very good experience with the advisor…

Very good experience with the advisor at our home. The advisor Dick van der Pol walked us through all our options and gave very clear and friendly explanation of the process. Overall it was a good experience to shop from here! There’s a lot of options to chose from. He also informed us of an upcoming offer available with veneta for summer. He applied that offer on our order. We’re excited to receive it!
