I think its a solid heavy-duty fibre cement floor board with tongue-and-groove edges that can be easy to install and would be great for indoor or outdoor subfloors. It’s moisture, fire, weather-resistant and ready for tiles or other finishes makes it a strong alternative to plywood for long-lasting flooring projects.

I recently purchased from vendomeliving.com and used their Ultra Tough External Cement Floor Sheet (2700 x 600 x 19 mm). Overall, the product feels solid and durable, and the tongue-and-groove design made installation straightforward. The material seems strong and suitable for both outdoor and indoor flooring.

Terrible communication - product not delivered.
Ordered 13 cement sheets at the end of November. Early January I followed up as I had heard nothing - was told the product takes 5 weeks to be in stock - and I had to wait until the warehouse was back. Heard nothing.
Followed up end of Jan - told there was an attempt to deliver but as there was no one to help off load it was sent back to somewhere else.
I had received NO notification AT ALL that it was being sent. So how could I know to be home? They then decided to organise it being sent out again without communicating with me - I have been give a vague timeline "within the week".
My partner who will need to help off load will not be here as he will be returning to work. I have been told the drivers do not offload at all. This is not my first time ordering building materials & never have I faced such a ridiculous scenario RE delivery. Its not an envelope! Its large and valuable. Delivery communication is ESSENTIAL.
Will be asking for my money back. We needed the materials in January so we could use them while my partner was in his break from work.
Communication is appalling.
Better off spending a little more & buying James Hardie from a hardware store

These sheets were easy to install. The tongue-and-groove design meant everything lined up nicely without much effort. They feel sturdy underfoot, and I think they’ll handle weather well.
