small business with a bad attitude
for a small business the person who runs the account has a bad attitude. shifting expected mailing times willy nilly and then emailing that they deserve christmas too if you ask for an estimated delivery time. (i ordered mid November no where on the page or instagram was there any christmas cut off days, these were then put in the faq’s of the webpage at a later date). i would have been a repeat customer had the service not been so rude and entitled. the items aren’t cheap, i bought a surprise christmas gift and it arrived at the end of january. just don’t order from here if you expect to be treated with respect or want your item in a timely fashion.
Tapestry still hasnt arrived after a year
Have previously ordered 2 tapestry hoodies off them. The 1st one arrived with no issues. The 2nd one arrived extremely late and apparently had issues with the seamstress which i had to follow up with. And the 3rd i ordered on the 22nd of December 2022 and it still hasnt arrived as of 3/2/2024. Have emailed about this numerous times being told either that it will arrive in a couple of weeks, they are chasing it up or that they will issue me a partial refund for the issue. None of these have been followed up and now they are refusing to even reply to me. Feels like theyve pretty much took my money and ran.
The 2 tapestry hoodies that did arrive are of great quality and i love them but its not worth the risk of them potentially not sending the item.

I didn’t read the delivery guides which stated it would be upto 8 weeks delivery. This was my error . I e mailed Vendetta several times and always received a helpful , quick response. Excellent customer service. I would definitely order from this company again .

These pieces are so unique, high quality and unlike anything ive seen anywhere else.
Yes the pieces can take some time to arrive but this was listed on their website and my hoodie arrived within the timeframe given.
People need to understand that this is a small business and slow fashion not churned out in a factory. This takes time and im sure will improve as the business grows.

The bespoke hoodie I ordered for my son came after 7 weeks. He loved it! The quality was good, stitching fine. No lining but my son was happy with that as the tapestry fabric was quite thick and it would have made it more weighty. Looks like tapestry as in photo online.
Good products but you have to wait for them. Their communication was fine, they replied to my emails.
Breach of GDPR
It's a shame I'm having to write this, as I have ordered from Vendetta before. Their products are good but their customer service is unprofessional - when they do reply.
I placed an order for a tapestry hoodie in late November 2023, and it arrived early Jan of 2024. The lead time of 6 weeks is stated on the website, I was fine with this. When I received my order, I had been sent another customer's hoodie.
Emailed Vendetta, to receive a reply 8 days later apologising and stating my order had been delivered to another customer, and theirs to me. The solution given was for me to send the hoodie to the other customer, and attached at the bottom of the email was their full name home address - breach of GDPR, no?
Upon reflection I decided NOT to do this, as I did not know/trust the other customer. I replied to Vendetta and stated I was disappointed he had breached GDPR, as I assume my home address/details had been shared with the other customer, and that I would return the hoodie to Vendetta, for their customer service to arrange. I received no reply.
Five days later, I receive an email from the other customer, asking if we could arrange an exchange ourselves because Vendetta has been completely useless.
In the interim of receiving and ignoring my email, (as I have still not received a reply), the owner had replied to the other customer and further sent them my email address, despite my request for no further sharing of my information.
I have since reported this, as I have evidence of all the above taking place.
Luckily, the other customer seemed genuine, and we have resolved the issue ourselves, however the lack of remorse or solution to the breach of GDPR is disgusting, and the fact us customers had to sort a failing of Vendetta's is poor and unprofessional.
Vendetta are great if you get the right order. If not, be prepared to sort the issue yourself.
Will not be ordering from Vendetta Archive again.
Beautiful tapestry
Just recieved attack on the titan hoodie and was well worth the waiting time one of a kind my son was so happy a late Xmas gift really good quality and can’t buy anything like this in the shops 5 star :)

I ordered two items with them. First one absolutely great and the other one is falling apart. The tapestry was going off the first day. All the edges are ripping…. Such a shame as had a good experience. And of course because it’s made it takes a long time too

Awful communication. Ordered very start of November to be within delivery time for Christmas and still not received with no apology.

As a returning customer I was well aware of the longer period of receiving my order at this time of year.
I was worried I may not receive my daughter’s hoodie in time for Christmas however, with great communication and regular updates i felt informed and happy always.
Having received my order today I just want to thank the vendetta team for exceptional work as always. The detail is amazing, the quality and dedication that has gone into making this hoodie is incredible.

Possible Scammers
Ordered 3 weeks ago, no order confirmation, no reply from Instagram or email to my messages (but happy to take my money).
Trying to get a refund now but as merchant isn’t responding I can only do this through payment method.
DO NOT ORDER. Either a scam company or just horrendous customer service either way would not recommend at all.
Poor customer service and misleading order times
Website advises 3-6 week wait, order took 11 weeks! Once order received wrong item was delivered and after paying to return after being promised right one would be sent with priority they then asvised a refund would be issued. Poor service, wouldn’t order again. Still also waiting for the refund 2 weeks after return received by them!

Just received my order was worried…
Just received my order was worried about timing as it’s a gift for Christmas however they managed to get it here. I was aware that there is a waiting time as it’s all made order and locally made in the UK. Quality of the hoodies are outstanding. Especially the tapestry fabric! Can’t wait to see what my son thinks on Christmas Day!
Absolutely BS and they are liars and scammers
Ordered my sweater and shirt in September….its now almost December. They keep saying “there was a seamstress sick and your item is ready for packaging and dispatch in a week” and they said that 3 times. I asked for a refund since they literally haven’t shipped it and they said NOPE no refunds. I have now emailed them telling them if they don’t ship it I am filing for a dispute with my credit card. They have stopped replying to my emails. They provided a “tracking number” and when I click on it , it says “waiting for sender to provide us with the parcel” it’s a BS company. I’m contacting my credit card and hoping I can get my 320$ Canadian back because this is bull.
Wrong order, waiting for refund or exchange!!
Order arrived in time, even faster. But the customer service is reponding in about 24 hours. The main problem here is that I received the wrong order, size small instead of large, and wrong hoodie.
