We purchased beautiful completely remodeled 3 bedroom apartment in center of Madrid from Velzia company in 2024. We had their IT technician Adrian helping us with internet and other IT issues with our Google Home app as the apartment has it to control many useful devices. Adrian reprogramed the app settings and options in English so we can get the best use of it. He is very friendly, speaks English, is very dependable and did excellent job to make us happy. We love our apartment that was also fully furnished and decorated saving us lots of time to shop for everything.

Quality of service was unparalleled. Response time was quick, and all requests were completed in a timely fashion. Professionalism at its finest.

Everything has been great with our appartment and the people from Velzia so far. The interior design is outstanding and Madrid is an amazing city. Thank you.

Amazing experience with the company. Attetion to detail at the highest level and exquisite customer service. They provide an all-around service so we just had to focus on enjoying the flat.
