Careful - this company *claims* to be selling authentic brands, but when the item (finally) arrived, it's obviously a knock-off. Partly my fault for not looking closer at the site, but I wanted to warn others!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Velvet mode isnt an online shop, it's a fraud.
They take your money, send you faulty, rip off goods, then do not follow their refund policy.
Disgusting people. Harry Evens from customer support ignores your emails plus hasn't got a clue how to open an attachment showing the faulty, rip off shirt.
Absolutely dire company. Only wished id read the reviews before buying.

This company is the worst of the worst best thing they can do is Cease trading very poor quality and fake will never buy from here again waiting over a month for item was happy for all of 2 seconds when it Finally arrived to open parcel to find faulty t shirt have emailed them and no response once they have your money 😡
