I’m really impressed with my Velour Garments t shirts. The fit is exactly what I was hoping for, and the measurements on the website were completely accurate, which made ordering super easy. The quality is amazing, the fabric feels premium, soft, and very comfortable to wear. The colors also look great in person, and I especially love the neckline and the overall fit of the shirts. They sit perfectly without feeling too tight or too loose.

Totally recommend them if you’re looking for high quality tees with a great fit. I bought 6 items and will be buying more again!

“I genuinely like the clothes — the quality and aesthetic are there, and I’ve bought from them before. But my most recent order (anthracite carpenter pants, size L, order #VG133064) arrived 5 cm shorter than the length stated in their own size guide, well outside the tolerance they acknowledge for handmade pieces. The fit was completely off.
I reached out via Instagram and followed up by email (thijswillem@hotmailDOMcom) to request an exchange. Two months later, not a single reply. For a brand at this price point, that’s simply not good enough.”

Hoodie didn’t fit as expected so I thought I’d return it for a now hoodie. At first I thought the shipping fee was quite expensive. But paying almost of the entire hoodie in shipping fees overall is crazy.

I guess that’s their policy but honestly seems so unreasonable… especially when every other brand provide free returns you just assume you can try the fit and order a different size if necessary. I guess just not this brand…

Amazing work!

I received a pair of pants that unfortunately didn’t fit, and there was also a flaw in the stitching.

Before sending them back, I contacted customer support and got in touch with Sunny. Not only did he reply within the promised timeframe of one day — he often responded 2–3 times per day during our conversation.

Sunny offered me a full refund and even covered the return shipping costs due to the flaw in the item.

Delivery took a bit long

Ordered knitwear however the sizing was off. Customer service representative has been great in helping me with replacement order.

We recently ordered several samples from Velour Garments, including the 450 GSM Bone White hoodie, 300 GSM Neutral Gray T-shirt, 1000 GSM Vintage Gray Double Hoodie, 450 GSM Anthracite crewneck, and 450 GSM Ecru straight-leg pants.

Overall, the quality of the garments is very good. The fabrics feel premium, the weight is strong, and the fit and structure are suitable for a serious streetwear brand. The heavyweight pieces especially have a solid and high-quality feel, which is exactly what we were looking for when testing samples.

One point of feedback is that the inner lining of the 450 GSM hoodie started coming off slightly. In our opinion, it would be a strong improvement if the items were sold pre-washed or pre-treated, as this could help prevent this issue and make the garments even more production-ready for brands.

Aside from that, we are happy with the overall quality, service, and product potential. Velour Garments offers strong blanks for brands that care about fabric weight, structure, and premium presentation. We would recommend them and look forward to seeing how they continue improving their products.

The best! Best quality and product

The shipping was so bad it takes 5 more days after expected day instead of ship to only home it could be good choice to ship to near package store like packeta and ups had no option like that and it was really hard cuz they said no exact time to ship only saying end of the day and ended up shipping at morning which is kinda irresponsible. So could be good choice to have a option to choose shipping companies too

Best of the best

The jeans did not meet expectations. They were too short and too wide at the waist. If you are over 190 cm, there are no options that fit properly.

Additionally, I paid €109 but only received €90 in refund, which seems unreasonable.

Wouldnt recommend.
