Horrible company still waiting on my order I made July 17 sent these people 5 emails looking for my order. One received one email back that it’s shipped. Still have not received anything I would no recommend doing any kinda business with this place. If I knew it was from china I would have never ordered it.

In July 2025 a company calling itself Velora Nutrition (it shows up as SP VELORA AUCKLAND NZL on my credit card) advertised bottles of Cayenne Circulation Blood Pressure Support. The ad shows a video clip of people like Gary Brecka endorsing this product, which I have since learned he does not. I ordered the product on July 16. I was emailed a tracking number on July 25. Their website said USA items have a delivery window of 5-8 business days. I reached out to the company via email because tracking showed my order was in China well after the 5-8 day delivery window, waiting for carrier pickup. The company responded that they would expedite shipping at no charge to me. On August 4 tracking still showed that my order has not shipped and was still waiting for carrier pickup in China. I emailed the company again and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They replied that the item would be arriving in just a few days, despite tracking showing the item was still in China. I emailed them again instructing them again to cancel my order and refund my money. Tracking showed that the item shipped from China on August 8, DESPITE ME CANCELLING MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES. I have opened a dispute with my credit card, to get a refund. It is August 12, nearly 4 weeks since I placed my order, which is in transit according to the tracking info. I intend to refuse delivery if I am home when the DHL truck gets here. With billing coming from New Zealand, and the product shipping from China, as well as video endorsement from someone who did not endorse this company, I would never do business with this company again. Buyer beware.
