customer service needs to greatly improve quite frankly!

Same experience as many others. I was conned by the auto subscription when I placed my order. I received another order for over £100, 2 weeks later! I've messaged them twice to return the bars but they do not respond. (I've checked junk etc... btw!) Very underhand way of operating. AVOID!!!

Placed my first order and was really excited to try these products prior to my first half marathon. Unfortunately my address was incorrectly completed at the automated checkout and my house name missing so after Royal Mail took a week to attempt delivery it was returned to sender. I’m told today this may take weeks to arrive back with veloforte and until then I can’t be refunded or get a replacement which means I’m out of pocket for a month! Why would a company still use Royal Mail second class delivery when much better courier companies exist and then have such poor customer service when it goes wrong. Really disappointed
The day I left the review I suddenly get a parcel sent out by Evri to arrive the next day! Shouldn’t have to leave a review before something happens.

Love these products, especially the energy gels and the protein shakes. Have been buying these for a year or so now and now don’t buy any other brands. The list of ingredients is reassuringly natural. Tried the energy chews but they were so nice I ended up snacking on them too much when I wasn’t even working out! Great customer service too. For what it’s worth, I’ve subscribed to various products with Veloforte and haven’t had any problem delaying deliveries etc to suit me and substitute products etc. Drinks bottles also the best quality I’ve found in a while- nice and squeezy!

Not sure what the recent smattering of haters are on about. The subscription works the same way as Amazon or most other sites these days. I realise that the word "subscription" has quite a few syllables but it feels unfair to take one's own inability to read out on poor Veloforte!

I'm a new customer and really impressed. I love the ethos, I love the taste of the bars and recovery shakes I have tried and I love that everything they produce is as about as UPF free as can be. I'm so tired of sports nutrition crammed full of nasties. So thank you Veloforte for daring to be different, and showing that it is possible to create healthy, nutritious, tasty and natural products that deliver what runners and cyclists need!

Somehow tricked into a subscription con where they repeat charge you and send you products. Ridiculous prices, default options is to auto order you, unwanted stuff.
Not even sure the products work. Didn't feel any benefit from the energy Turkish delights

Somehow signed up to a subscription!
When I went to cancel the first option was to skip my next order!
They make it very hard to cancel.
BEWARE!!

tried to cancel all my subscriptions but for some reason veloforte continued to send subscriptions,
not happy with my contact with this company.
i refused to accept delivery these items and have not yet heard from Veloforte despite emailing them.

You MAY think you have refunded me ( as per your reply) but no monies have been returned to my account!
No emails were received in Spam either,

The best snack bars I’ve ever had! Kerbs hunger,, delicious and packed with nutritious seeds. Wow so happy I’ve discovered these bars! My favourite is cocoa&orange and oats&fig,

Ordered the the mixed oat snack bars which were honestly disgusting with no taste whatsoever. Submitted a review just to warn people but having checked the website almost a week later, the review has not been displayed! You'll notice there are no reviews less than 3 or 4 stars. Very shady practice - extremely disappointed in Veloforte.

I've used Protein Shakes for years. These are amazing! I can't believe it's taken me so long to discover them. Then I tried their Wellness Snack bars and boom... another favourite. Just brilliant - thank you too for the intro code and subscriber discounts!

Fantastic bars and great customer service. I am never going back to the other synthetic stuff again. Probably be buying these for the rest of my cycling career!

Ok so I had a moan when I couldnt get on the website to alter my monthly box. However, Veloforte were on it immediately and very apologetic. ALSO, I have a condition where I have to be very careful about what I consume so as not to make myself ill. Veloforte chews have been a life changer. I have just completed my first half marathon relying on these and water only. I didnt struggle at all and feel great!

I'm a big fan of gels, chews and bars so I tried the drinks (£75 order) unfortunately, they weren't for me, an odd consistency, I prefer a 'clean' fluid, and flavour combo's are terrible!!
I left a review on their in-house feedback, was contacted by Veloforte stating that I could return them, great! I returned them via 2nd class Royal Mail, in the original packaging (only used 2/3 of the sachet's) and stated that I'd be happy for an account credit, to use against other products. Several weeks later they tell me they haven't arrived, despite providing Veloforte proof of postage, I'm basically told; ah well without them arriving you're out of luck, tough on you, hahaha goodbye we wash our hands. I'll be a returning customer to SiS, who have great drinks and exceptional customer service.

Complete game changer, i've trained for years and never had a product that doesn't effect my gut. Their gels are second to none and i absolutely love the bars! Gets me through afternoons in the office.

Vile, sickly gels, very expensive too. It really surprises me that 100% of reviews on this site are 5 star😂!

Nice company to deal with and great products.
Bought some bars and chews for cycling, the cycling bottles are good quality and are BPA free.
Definitely worth a look.

Excellent product, but expensive

The product is great, they ship quickly and well packaged and taste great - but the prices are just so expensive that I can only order infrequently, which is a shame
