Didnt deliver doesnt want to give refund
Took 2 months to deliver. When they Said the package was delivered it wasnt. Asking for refund they told me its a delay. The delay had been 30 days. Dont buy from here.

Well designed kit - EXCELLENT customer service
Well designed kit, consistent fit across the line and with the features you need to keep you happy in the saddle. Their exchange program is liberal and efficient - if it doesn't work, send it back and they will fix it.
The other D2C cycling brands need to take a page from Velocio's playbook. I've tried gear from many other brands (Le Col, Cafe Du Cycliste) - cool designs but fit is inconsistent across their line and their customer service is atrocious. Like non existent.
If you are looking for high quality cycling kit without the hassle, go with Velocio.

great customer service and delivery to Europe
I had won a Velocio jersey through a competition and wanted to change color. Not a problem at all! They sent me a new one right away and it arrived after a couple of days. Rarely I have met such kind customer service and would buy for them after this experience.
