This is the epic worst level I have…

This is the epic worst level I have ever seen! Why does it still exist? Zara is short of money or something? They won’t deliver the package to the address you gave, they will always send it to the pickup station instead of. And it always be days late. Can someone bury this company for good!

This company is the worst!!!

This company is the worst!!!! Ordered from Zara store only because It urgent and I couldn’t make it to the store. Delivery should be October 28th.which was last Tuesday. No delivery or update till now. I can’t call them. There’s no email or notice about my order and I literally missed the event I shopped for because of these unprofessional company.
Writing a formal report to Zara to not use this company.
They are literal trash!! Avoid them !!

The worst ever

The worst ever! They have no idea about any of the possible information concerning the package!!! And whatever ot is the problem, they say it is not their departement. And then they transfer you to a another service that never pick up the phone!

DO NOT USE THEM AS A SERVICE!!!!!!

I’ve had a bad experience with this…

I’ve had a bad experience with this delivery service. The first time, even though I was home, they didn’t ring the bell and left my package in a drop-off box near my building instead of delivering it to my door. Another time, the delivery person rang the bell just to say they had put the package in the mailbox, even though I was home and they should have brought it upstairs. Also, my latest package has been marked as "out for delivery" for 3 days, but I still haven’t received it.
