Was playing there for 2 months everything was fine when i was loosing, lost almost 2 grand, finally got little bit lucky won 1 grand back when tried to withdraw winnings was told that quote:

''Due to our company’s sole decision, your account has been closed permanently and can no longer be reopened.

The company also reserves the right not to inform the player about the reasons for such actions. Kindly ask you to check our terms and conditions, Article 10. ''

I have now submitted a formal complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority regarding the confiscation of £928 in winnings obtained from my own deposited funds.

Despite initially stating my case was under review, Velobet has stopped responding to my emails.

EDIT 2.: After fighting the case for 3 months, Velobet came trough and settled the case with me and paid me out my money.

Stay well clear of this site, they let you deposit and then when you go to withdraw they refuse to refund to the bank you deposited with.

Massive scam site.

Avoid at all costs. Had a spell of some inplay bets on over 0.5 goals winning a total of £9000 in a week and after withdrawing £4000 (max withdrawal i could make) then blocked my account and removed the other £5000 from my account.

I'm still a week later trying to get my money back and still yet to see any evidence of any wrong doing.

After reading all the reviews I really didn't think id receive my small win (£350) but after sending in my verification documents it was in my bank within 24 hours. I tend to just place football bets so cant really comment on the casino side of things. I have always found when I have to contact support that they have got back to me quickly. I've just opened my account and I already have issues. When I try to place a bet it takes about 20 seconds for the bet to be placed and sometimes they don't even place it cuz the odds are changing. Now I get some kind of error and they don't allow me to place the bet i want . It is frustrating when you see the bet was about to be a winning one but they didn't let you place it . Disgusting 🤮.

I’m a UK-based player and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience on Velobet. After playing fairly and completing all verification steps — including submitting ID documents and even video verification — my account was suddenly closed with no clear explanation.

I had two withdrawals pending at the time:

£4,000 was processed successfully

£1,000 was later rejected

I also had £3,600 remaining in my account. Instead of returning the rejected £1,000 and my remaining balance, Velobet deducted everything and claimed I had breached their terms. They have provided no evidence at all, despite my request for clarification.

I have never broken any rules and have asked repeatedly for a proper explanation. So far, nothing has been provided.

As it stands, Velobet still owes me £4,600.

I have now raised a formal complaint and am prepared to escalate this through the appropriate channels if necessary. Players deserve transparency and fairness, and my experience has been the opposite.
