Absolutely awful. I have used Velo 94 out of convenience (it's yards away from where I live) even though the general attidude of the employees is condescending, diffident and rude. 9 months ago, I bought a bicycle seat from the shop for my cargo bike. It snapped in half two days ago as I was riding it. Even though Velo 94 sold it and installed it, the manager refused to replace it, saying "Something must have happened to it," "this is the first time we've seen it," "look at the plastic, it's strong," "your warranty doesn't cover this," etc. etc. Go somewhere else - these macho clowns don't deserve your money or your time.

These guys are morons bought a lock 🔐 a very expensive 10 months later it’s broken they blamed me and refused to replace it don’t use them so rude and condescending never give them your money
