Die bestellte Ware war fast schnell da als ich sie bestellt hatte. Sie war sehr gut verpackt und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen im Online-Shop. Ich gebe 6 von 5 Sternen.

Irreführende Warenverfügbarkeit und Null Kundenorientierung
Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, der laut Shop auf Lager war – geliefert wurde aber ein anderes Produkt.
Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, der bestellte Artikel sei nicht mehr verfügbar. Eine Ersatzlieferung wurde verweigert, stattdessen sollte ich einfach zurücksenden und eine Rückerstattung akzeptieren.
Das entspricht nicht dem EU-Verbraucherrecht (Richtlinie 2019/771/EU) und deutet auf Scheinverfügbarkeit hin – also Werbung mit Ware, die gar nicht existiert.
Die Kommunikation bestand nur aus Standardmails ohne jegliches Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Weiter Beschwerden werden einfach ignoriert.
Ich soll angeblich mein Geld zurück bekommen, aber das Vertrauen ist weg. Für mich nie wieder.

Lieferung gut, Rücksendung schlecht
Lieferung hat alles prima geklappt und Ware ist alles gut.
Handycap wenn es nicht passt!!! Rücksendung echt schwierig und sehr teuer dass es sich nicht wirklich lohnt, daher mir Dinge bestellen wo man weiß dass es passt oder braucht!!!
