Size incorrect 4xl is a small.no response from Email complaining. Cheap rubbish materials.Has a return address on label from delivery company. So going to wipe my arse in it and send it back.Do not buy from this website.Its a con.

Never receive my order

They are certainly Scam. They either do not reply your queries or respond with the same text. My money has gone.

They are a scam. They operate several fraudulent websites, such as christianvelure.com. Make sure to contact your credit card company immediately to report this fraud.

I ordered an item from this company in October, 2023 and, as of January, 30, 2024 I still havent received it. Their customer service maintains it is being delivered. I believe they are a scam operator. I have asked for a refund but they refuse.

I've ordered some silverware from this place, it has been 5 months, I've never received anything. They keep telling me to wait, I have asked them to refund my money and they stopped responding. I think i felt for a scam. Order # 5311

Rest assured I’ll try my best to forever warn anyone if I see your ads on Instagram or other SoMe platforms moving forward.

Poor of Instagram to not vet ads on their platform, because it took me two minutes to realise this wasn’t legit (which I clearly didn’t do when I paid for it!)

CBA to contact the bank to try to get a refund, so I’ll just chalk this one down to experience.

Fraudulent people. I made an order since October 2023 and I have not gotten it by now. The tracking number given was fake, £50 gone.

Bad scam company. Ordered a sweater in October and still have not received it contacted the company by email and kept getting it’s in transit and should receive it soon. Even told to keep close to my phone for the courier to call. And still no sweater. Have emailed several times and my last email was based on threats and dishonesty.a quote from
Wanted a refund since any tracking number sent is non existent. Don’t care about the money as it was very cheap but there attitude is disgusting and judging by all the bad reviews, I now know why

This is there responce after my email had mentioned I’ve ordered international orders before and always could track the package and keep the transparency visual

I'll leave this email open for now. Repeatedly reiterating information about the shipment, which has already been addressed, is not productive from our perspective.

Once again, refunds can be processed once you return the items to us. I would be happy to issue a 100% refund to you.

Stay away from this company

Fraud !! Please be aware. Its been 4 months since my order and no sign of my package yet.

Placed order for two sweaters over a month ago. Heard once from the company when I asked for a tracking number. Then..nothing. I believe it's a scam as it's now going on a month and a half and no delivery(s). No response. No communication. I would caution anyone ordering product off of Instagram. I don't think Instagram vets it's vendors very well. #scamalert

It is a fraudulent scam business! Don’t buy anything! I ordered a fall jacket on sept 18th , today is October 23 , no response from them on e mail , phone number in China does not connect !
