I have only bought consumables, but I am very happy. I bought Cappuchino Cream Protein Powder, Fatality 660g pre, and Creatine. The protein powder is surprisingly good if you mix it with milk. Delevery time was roughly in bewteen 4-7 days as advertised.
But to beginners I would only recommend half a scoop of pre, atleast until your body gets used to the amount of caffeine.
