Selling a classic car and I get an email from a guy showing interest. He will only speak to me via email as too busy which was a Red Flag. A long story short asks for Ditgital Vechile Report. $49 which is odd. Why not a HPI check. They get you to pay for the report and then make excuses and don’t turn up to view. Think it might be an India operation ?

They hire people to contact you via Craigslist and Facebook ads pretending to be buyers, instead, they waste your time setting up a meeting first and then asking to provide VDS report ( vehicledigitalservices com).
Bet they get commission from scamming people that way.
