Poor quality

The worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of attitude, customer service, argumentative and lack of transparency in pricing. I dealt with Martin over the course of 2 weeks to try and secure a BMW M4. Not only does he never answer his phone and is always “busy” but he has no concept of honouring an agreement even when it’s written in an email.
I was given ONE quotation (£709.99 plus VAT) for 3 cars and asked to choose one. After finally securing the car because his dealer works at snail pace, he increased the price citing extra options. Granted, there were extra options but the honourable thing to do is accept your mistake and stick to the original quote or find some sort of compromise to keep a customer happy. His colleague Nick rang me back when I complained to just say “it doesn’t work like that”. Really??
To make matters worse, he even implied I was lying when I asked him to read through the emails as proof of ONE quote for 3 cars!.
The notion “the customer is always right” does not apply here.
Oh, I forgot the strongly worded demand for the £600 cancellation fee.
Will I recommend them to anyone? What do you think.
