Really great taste for supplements. Just hard not to stick to the daily allowance. Great price too, compared to competitors which dint taste as great.

I left items in the basket but they charged me for them without my permission. Their phone number does not work, No returns policy shown on their website! Also on their web prices are twice what they are on Amazon.

Tasty jellies go down a treat! Also easy to manage subscription.

Bit misleading as you only get 15 days per bag. 30 in bag but 2 is the dose. Expensive for only 2 weeks supply

Have been using the Immunity Duo for over a year now and love them. Great packaging and the ability to have items on repeat along with being able to amend if needed. Gummies are small so taking 2 is fine. God send for me as i can't take tablets and they taste lovely. Would 100% recommend

The packaging is quite cute and environmental friendly, taste is very good too, will be hard to take just two everyday!

I have been taking Vegums for just over a week now, and this is already a record for me. I have no problem with swallowing pills, but there's just something so effortful about having to take a pill at dinner everyday (this might just be a me thing, but I'd just defer to the next day and then never take them). Vegums make it so easy - just a tasty burst of flavour that feels like I'm having dessert (but without the sugar!). I went for the Vegan Essentials Bundle, which includes multivitamins, Omega, and Iron. They're really tasty - I thought the Omega ones had a bit of an aftertaste the first time I had them, but that seems to lessen every time. The natural orange flavouring does a good job at covering it. For my next subscription, I am going to swap out the iron for the probiotic and see how I go with that. I am aware that Vegums are more expensive than the pills I bought previously, but as I wasn't ever taking them but am consistently having my gummies now, I consider that a win. All in all, Vegums have themselves another happy customer.

Fantastic product and customer service - 10/10

Been using the product for nearly 2 weeks now, and the quality is amazing. I'm sure I can already feel a difference after taking them every morning with breakfast. Not only do they use biodegradable packaging, but they also provide little silver tins which easily fit a whole pack of the multivitamin gummies in, making it really easy to carry the vitamins with you, or keep them at your desk. Hard to find a tasty (and completely vegan) gummy style of vitamin, and now that I've found these I won't be going back!

I ordered the vegan bundle at first on subscription, but when I realised that they did probiotics as well I added that to my subscription. I realised that the deliveries were out of sync, but with one email to the customer service team, Courtney was able to sync these up for me so they all arrive on the same day. She also made sure that I was going to receive the correct number for the full 30 days, so that I am able to take them everyday without missing anything. Can't fault the service, and super excited to try the probiotics. Could not recommend more!

I have been looking for something for a while now as a vegetarian that I want to take daily that isn’t multiple pills and these have really changed my vitamin consumption. They taste great and the handy metal tins have helped with routine. I have recommended them to many friends!

Honestly, I have no idea what this brand is playing at. Shipping charges suddenly appear on the order. This hasn’t happened just once—it’s been multiple times! Makes me wonder how many other people aren’t even noticing? Feels a bit dodgy to be honest—you can’t just stick extra charges on people’s orders like that.

So I contacted them, they apologised, but then my order didn’t even turn up. At this point, I’m gonna need the gummies just to deal with the stress of all this back-and-forth.

A subscription really shouldn’t be this much hassle. Did some digging and they’re not even a new company, so it’s not like they’re figuring stuff out. Just badly run. The gummies taste alright, but between the wrong charges, having to chase missing orders, and bad customer service, I’m done.

I regret to say that my recent order was quite a disappointment. Upon receiving the package, some of the bags had burst open, leaving the gummies stuck to the inside, accompanied by an unsightly oily residue on the packaging. It appears I’m not the only one to experience this, which has prompted me to share my thoughts. The Omega-3 gummies, in particular, were exceedingly unpleasant—dare I say, rather revolting.

My wife even remarked, that these gummies seemed reminiscent of a bargain-basement product, which was disheartening given the premium price.

One can’t help but feel that quality control has been neglected, and the company is perhaps more focused on revenue than delivering a product worthy of its claims. Regrettably, I shall not be purchasing from again and will be returning to YourHeights for my supplements.

I ordered these supplements and was beyond disappointed with what I received. One of the packs arrived split open, and the others were an absolute disaster—sweaty, sticky, and covered in some oily substance. From the moment I opened the box, it was obvious there was zero care in how these products were packaged. The box was ridiculously oversized, stuffed with a mountain of brown paper, it seems the actual products were treated like an afterthought.

Honestly, it feels like this company is more interested in jumping on “the vegan trend” than actually caring about the quality of their product.

I’m vegan, not a sucker. This was a total waste of money, and I won’t be ordering from them again and I’d suggest you go elsewhere too.

They've significantly increased their prices and decreased the information available on the website. There isn't even a nutrition chart on each product page, so you have no idea what dosage is provided!

And they don't even do one product that has everything you might realistically need. I.e. B12, D3, K2, iodine, selenium, zinc (I'll allow the omega 3 to be separate, though their low dosage of that is absolutely pointless anyway). Instead they have two different multis, neither of which has all those in.

EDIT: Yes your prices have increased (both in terms of actual numbers, and also due to not giving student discount, or free postage on lower cost orders); that's why I cancelled my subscription, because you increased the cost of my direct debit without even telling me!

The standard multi was £15.95 last summer and £16.50 now (for a one-off purchase). And £12.95 a few years ago. So don't imply I'm lying.

I know costs have risen, but you've put prices up in multiple ways as described (all verifiable via historic copies of your website), and it made a big difference to the cost of my subscription (which you didn't bother to mention to me; just hoped I wouldn't notice).

And you did add postage to subscriptions too (even if it's gone again now; at the time I was trying to increase my subscription because my daughter was older, it was being charged).

The shipping cost is outrageous, making it impossible to subscribe. Almost $20 for shipping? It's a total scam! Who charges this much? I'm really disappointed and won't be buying again. I’ll definitely shop elsewhere.

Like many subscription companies, they make it quite difficult to cancel your subscription and are slow to respond to inquiries. While I appreciate the brand’s ethos, my positive experience ends there. The gummies often arrive clumped together and sweaty, and the Omega-3 have a very unpleasant taste!

So I am loving my gummies, i have the vegan bundle, all top quality, very tasty (maybe a little sweet for me) and such an easy way to get your daily vitamins.
Customer service is great, really quick and helpful responses.

I've been trying out Vegums for the past few months after years of using a competitor subscription vitamin service. Besides their affordability, the ease of ingestion (as chewable gummies instead of capsules to swallow) has helped immensely with my vitamin intake management. The gummies themselves are also not too sweet, so they are pleasing to the palate.

What I've been more impressed by, though, is the customer service. When I had an order problem recently, contacting the support team was a total breeze. They are highly responsive, cordial, and tend to one's query without rigmarole or fuss. That assures me they care about their customers, which is a golden rule for me to use a service.

After these positive experiences, Vegums is now my longstanding source for vitamins.
